My journey started in 2010 when I completed my first USA-based massage therapy program in Costa Rica.

I spent the next few years working abroad and traveling the world. When I returned to Canada in 2016, I became a Registered Massage Therapist, graduating top of my class from Vancouver College of Massage Therapy.

I’ve since earned my Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Osteopathy and am currently working towards becoming an Acupuncturist.
